Hail on Saylor and Matts

Andy feels like Saylor's is mostly cosmetic, Matts -- corn leaves are not only broke, but some are on the ground, lower test weight, smaller kernals, ect.  Estimated 5-10% loss -- 10% max.

Beans -- lots of trifolitates knocked off -- due to rapid pace of bean development, not sure top trifoliates on plant will develop anymore.  approx. same loss as corn.  Southeast corner is the worst, as Andy went up the waterway (splitting corn and beans) he really felt like the problem decreased.

Matts has now been hailed twice -- although this time looks like south end was the worst, first time was north end!

Wheat spraying -- at Dad's spray end of this week due to heavy pressure of volunteer wheat) -- may have to spray second time -- run 1 pint of roundup.

Darin's -- wait until early next week ... but watch sunflower growth..

One note on Dad's double cropped beans -- east slope looks thin for about 4-5 acres, not sure why, maybe too wet at planting?
